With this awareness, as a Company, we place great emphasis on processing and storing all kinds of personal data belonging to all individuals related to the Company in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (\u201cKVKK\u201d). With full awareness of this responsibility, in the capacity of \u201cData Controller\u201d as defined under KVKK, we process your personal data as explained below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In this clarification text;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Personal Data:<\/strong> Refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal Data Protection Law (\u201cKVKK\u201d):<\/strong> Refers to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force in April 2016,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Controller:<\/strong> Refers to the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Processor:<\/strong> Refers to the natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller based on the authority given by the Data Controller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Data Controller:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In accordance with KVKK, your personal data shared with us in the capacity of contact person, supplier, customer, employee, intern, visitor, etc. will be evaluated by Bianco Mutfak, determined as the data controller, within the scope specified below.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Processing Personal Data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Your personal data may vary depending on the relationship between you and our Company; however, they may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods, via our Company units, website, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar means. Your personal data may be created and updated as long as your relationship with our Company continues.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Your collected personal data may be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units to enable you to benefit from our Company\u2019s services, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and individuals in a business relationship with our Company, determining and implementing our Company\u2019s strategies, and ensuring the execution of our Company\u2019s human resources policies, provided that such processing is:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In compliance with the law and principles of good faith,<\/li>\n<li>Accurate and up to date when necessary,<\/li>\n<li>For specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes,<\/li>\n<li>Relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed,<\/li>\n<li>Stored for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units to enable you to benefit from our Company\u2019s services, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and individuals in a business relationship with our Company, determining and implementing our Company\u2019s commercial and business strategies, and ensuring the execution of our Company\u2019s human resources policies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Your personal data are obtained in any verbal, written, or electronic environment for the purposes stated above, in order to provide our services and to fully and accurately fulfill our Company\u2019s contractual and legal obligations. Personal data collected for this legal basis may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles (1) and (2) of this text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of KVKK:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods set out below, our Company will finalize the request free of charge within a maximum of 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee specified in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, personal data owners have the right to:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learn whether personal data are processed,<\/li>\n<li>Request information if personal data have been processed,<\/li>\n<li>Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,<\/li>\n<li>Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,<\/li>\n<li>Request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,<\/li>\n<li>Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK,<\/li>\n<li>Request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,<\/li>\n<li>Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,<\/li>\n<li>Request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 13 of KVKK, you may submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights specified above to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, your application must be submitted to our Company in writing in accordance with KVKK. Within this framework, the channels and procedures through which you may submit your written applications to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK are explained below.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In order to exercise your rights specified above, you must submit your request, clearly and explicitly stating your identity information and explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise as listed in Article 11 of KVKK, together with documents identifying your identity and address, in writing and with a wet signature, by hand, via mail, or through a notary, to the address: \u0130neg\u00f6l &#8211;
